Overseas Challenge
If you'd like to get fit, experience a new culture, meet like-minded people and raise really valuable funds for Childhood First there may be no better way to do it than to challenge yourself to an overseas trek or bike ride.
You may have seen or heard about the celebrities who climbed Mount Kilimanjaro in 2009 and had a life-changing experience and thought you'd like to have a go. If that's you, we'd be delighted if you would attempt to summit the world's highest freestanding mountain in support of our work.

London to Paris cycle
The London to Paris cycle is a great experience and a fabulous challenge. Cycling over 5 days (11-15 May 2011) you will cover nearly 500km. A challenge like this is not just about distances covered but about group effort, friendship and team spirit.
The route is planned to ensure that you see as much of the countryside as possible; there are notable landmarks to look out for and you'll see a side of both rural England and France that you may not have experienced before. Small country roads, World War battlefields, historic towns, gothic churches and river side routes all make up part of this exciting trip.
The deposit is just £99 and the minimum sponsorship requirement is £1,350. If you would like to take part please complete and send the registration form along with your deposit.
Skydive
Our recent skydivers had a great time and would highly recommend it to others: "The jump was amazing, I'm so glad I did it"; "It was awesome and great to do it for a good cause"; "It was brilliant!".

Virgin London Marathon 2011
We were so encouraged by the commitment and enthusiasm of our runners last year and are looking forward to having another fantastic team with us for 2011. If you would like one of our Golden Bond places we ask that you raise a minimum of £1500. A registration fee of £75 is payable within 14 days of an offer of a place.
We are not offering any further Golden Bond places until the ballot results are announced late September/early October. However, we welcome your application at any time which simply requires you to complete and return the application form.

adidas Women's 5K Challenge
The adidas Women's 5K Challenge is a fun run for women of all ages taking place in Hyde Park, London on Sunday 5th September 2010.
Whether you are running to beat last year's PB, running for the very first time or planning to just get round, we would be delighted for you to have a guaranteed place with us and commit to raising a minimum of £100, or use your place and however much sponsorship you raise will be gratefully received.
