For the most damaged children and young people looked after by the state, Childhood First may be their only chance to rebuild their lives and to achieve their potential. For over 40 years Childhood First has successfully provided exceptional care, treatment and education for these young people giving them the opportunity to understand and so change their behaviour; a real chance for a better future.
We urgently need to increase the reach of our services by building:
A new and innovative crisis and respite centre
A new purpose built and state of the art therapeutic school
A significant extension to our school and home in Kent
We must raise £9million. We are looking for an exceptional team to launch a capital appeal and major donor programme.
Major Gift Director c£60,000
You have done this before and love the thrill of making it happen. This is your opportunity to create meaningful and lasting change for children with emotional and mental heath problems by leading a capital appeal and initiating a major gift programme.
Major Gift Manager up to £36,566
Ready, willing and able this is your chance to immerse yourself in a capital appeal and grow into managing an ongoing major donor programme. Your ambition is only surpassed by your potential.
Major Gift Researcher up to £28,219
Without you...we know nothing. We need you to create the systems, determine the formats, set the standards and guide us as to what we need to know.
Major Gift Administrator up to £23,185
This is an exciting and diverse role with plenty of scope for development; it needs someone capable of making it their own. Smoothly, and seemingly without effort, you will be used to achieving the impossible for the unpredictable.
Project Manager c£35,000
