Therapeutic Care Workers
Thornby Hall, Northamptonshire
We are seeking practitioners with experience of residential care work or direct therapeutic work, with children or young people. You will engage with the 'whole' child, with an understanding of their individual histories, to enable them to feel emotionally held and understood. Central to our work is the belief that every day interactions provide opportunities for therapeutic intervention and so staff are also required to engage in care tasks and the functioning of the community.

Assistant Therapeutic Care Workers

Individuals who are excited by the work of Thornby Hall and who can offer the commitment required to work in this uniquely challenging, intense, yet rewarding environment but may not have the relevant experience required for our Therapeutic Care Workers vacancies are invited to apply for the post of Assistant Therapeutic Care Worker. We are looking for enthusiastic, unflappable, tolerant people with a sense of humour. As the work is therapeutic you will be required in engage in every task in a thoughtful manner and to participant fully in community life.

Temporay Classroom Assistant (12 weeks)
Greenfields, Kent
Classroom Assistants provide learning support to the children either individually or in a small group within a nurturing environment where the whole staff group is committed to delivering quality education and understanding. Experience of working with children is required and ideally in an educational setting. Applications from males are particularly welcome as they are currently under represented in education at Greenfields

Domestic Assistant

We are looking for a reliable and tolerant individual to join our domestic team, who play an integral part in helping to provide a safe and nurturing home environment for the young people in our care. An appreciation for details is important is important as is the willingness to help on any reasonable domestic task required.
