Work for us
If you are prepared to devote a lot of time, thought and attention to the care and support of the children or young people at one of our centres, we would like to hear from you. While the work can be challenging and intense, it can also be particularly rewarding. We offer all our staff a real opportunity for professional and personal growth.
We are keen to hear from people interested in working as:
- Therapeutic care workers
- Senior therapeutic care workers/team leaders
- Teachers
- Classroom assistants

While we welcome applicants with experience or qualifications in residential child care or social work, our joint training programme with Middlesex University means we are also able to consider people with no previous experience of our work.
Most important is that our staff come prepared to engage with our children and young people and that they are able to demonstrate flexibility, tolerance and a considered approach to their work.
Benefits
Our benefits package includes:
- Work based training (from diploma to Masters degree level) in partnership with Middlesex University
- Regular individual and group supervision
- 40 days paid holiday a year for therapeutic staff
- Group Personal Pension Plan
- Life Assurance Cover
- Help with medical expenses
